May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

You may hear "Mental Health Awareness Month" and think about the emotional well-being of your patients. But, what about YOUR mental health? That's what Ramona Master, MD, helped us focus on in Cultivating Calm Amidst the Chaos, the final session of the 2022 Women's Cardiometabolic Health and Wellness Masterclass. Watch the full session, and don't forget to register for the 2023 conference, where mindful moments like this will be interspersed with cardiometabolic education, all set against the sea-sprayed Laguna cliffs.

"It's time to heal the healers." - Dr. Master
